Clients are required to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
If you are running late, please contact the salon directly by phone.
Messages via text or social media will not be accepted for lateness or cancellations.
A $50 non-transferable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.
This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of service.
Deposits confirm your commitment to the booking.
NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations, change of mind, or completed services.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, the deposit may be used as credit for a future booking or for product purchases.
We respectfully request adequate notice for any changes to appointments.
A minimum of 24 to 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
Clients cancelling late will be required to pay 50% of their next service in advance to secure future bookings.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments if confirmation is not received within 24 hours of reminder messages.
Missed appointments impact our staff and other clients. Your cooperation is appreciated.
We do not offer refunds for services.
All clients receive full consultations before services commence.
If you have concerns regarding your service, you must contact the salon within one week.
Clients must return to the salon for a consultation with the original stylist.
Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule and address concerns within that week.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information regarding hair history and treatments.
Following aftercare instructions provided by the stylist.
Communicating expectations clearly during consultations.
Nathaneal V Hair is not responsible for results affected by undisclosed treatments or improper aftercare.
Nathaneal V Hair reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who:
Acts disrespectfully toward staff or other clients.
Fails to comply with salon policies.
Repeatedly violates booking and payment terms.
Credits issued from deposits or cancellations are non-refundable.
Credits may only be used for salon services or product purchases.
Credits are not transferable and have no cash value.
By booking with us, you agree to receive appointment reminders and service-related communications via SMS, phone, or email.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Nathaneal V Hair reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be made available on our website and in-salon.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the NO REFUND policy.
